At an international event such as Marmomac, the most important trade fair for the stone sector, Diresco simply has to be there. Just like in previous years, we headed off to Italy looking forward to having a great time.
Marmomac welcomes 1616 exhibitors from 55 different countries every year. The 68,000 people who attend come from all over the world and there are no less than 150 different nationalities that pass through the doors in Verona. Team Diresco was proud to be able to bag a prime spot with our stand.
From white to black
At Marmomac we used the same stand we had for Batibouw. The only difference? We switched the kitchen unit from the Noblesse White to the black version, Noblesse Black. This way our stand had a new look and feel. The Batibouw stand has now been recycled and magically transformed into a real eye catching display in our own showroom.
As well as building the Noblesse Black kitchen unit, MC Natuursteen also created other furniture in D-Quartz, where you could indulge yourself with a tasty bite or a refreshing drink. These included a raised Terrazzo White bar, two Noblesse White tables to stand at and two Crea Beton Light sofas.
100% Belgian pampering
For the third year in a row, Jeanine from Visser Chocolade was on the stand to help spoil everyone with Belgian chocolates and fresh fruit. A delicious combination! Visitors were also treated to a tasty glass of Sint-Gummarus Dubbel or Tripel from the Cornelissen Brewery. They were also given a Diresco beer glass to take home with them, filled with Belgian pralines.
Best Communicator Award
The organizers of the Marmomac trade fair also found our stand to their taste (literally and figuratively) and we were selected by the jury as one of the three finalists for "Best Communicator Award" in the "Stone Category", an honour that was crowned by us winning the silver award. So, a big thumbs up to our stand builder Deusjevoo.
