Rossittis new distribution partner in Germany!

With great expectations, we would like to announce Rossittis as our new official distribution partner. Thanks to distribution points in three different locations, Rossittis successfully covers the entire German market. Meanwhile, Schulte Naturstein will also remain our trusted distribution partner.

The growth of Rossittis

The family business was founded in 1898. These days the company is run by Gerhard Rossittis and Thomas Rossittis, as the 3rd and 4th generation. The 5th generation has also been involved since the appointment of Leon Rossittis in 2020. From a small family business, Rossittis has now grown to become one of Europe's largest importers of stone and composite quartz. Two subsidiaries have joined the headquarters in Holzwickede. These are based in Weyhe, near Bremen, and Walldorf, near Heidelberg.

Rossittis in figures

The company employs about 100 people, 85 of whom are based in Holzwickede, and supplies 2,500 private customers. The storage capacity covers a total area of 100,000 square meters. Thanks to an impressive team, their own transport and strategically located storage depots, Rossittis is able to deliver Diresco composite quartz and other materials efficiently all over Germany.

Across their three sites, Rossittis can store 500,000 m² of stone and composite quartz panels. So, from now on, that includes Diresco BIO-UV composite quartz!

German market

Some of Rossittis' success is due to the wide selection of materials and stone varieties. Its main customers are stone processors, who turn the panels into kitchen surfaces, window sills, stairs or basin tops, as well as floor tiles and plinths. The materials are used in standard homes and construction projects, as well as luxury hotels, cruise ships and special design projects. Until now, Rossittis has always recommended the use of stone for outdoor use, such as cladding, patios and outdoor kitchens. Thanks to improvements in the UV resistance of Diresco composite quartz, this is now being offered for outdoor use in Germany for the very first time.

Why has Rossittis chosen Diresco?

Diresco has been operating in the German market for more than a decade and, in doing so, has developed a large network of kitchen companies, stone processors and architects. Thanks to their reliable deliveries, excellent quality and rapid service, Diresco has become a respected name in the German market. Unlike other composite quartz panels, Diresco's production process involves the use of plant-based resins rather than 100% synthetic resin. This innovative development, together with Diresco's strong core values, explains Rossittis' enthusiasm and good ambitions in distributing Diresco BIO-UV composite quartz throughout Germany.

Schulte Naturstein

Like Rossittis and Diresco, Schulte is also a family business, founded in 1845 by Johann Heinrich. Having begun life as a quarrying company to provide local German customers with ‘Anröchter Stein’, Schulte has now developed into a distribution center, distributing different kinds of stone, ceramics and composite quartz from various countries across Germany. Today, Schulte Naturstein remains in the family's hands (5th generation), with Reinhard Schulte. Schulte Naturstein has been Diresco's trusted partner in serving the German market ever since 2012.
